The Build: There are many moving parts and people! When it comes to building your vision. From the engineer, to designer, carpenter, plumber, drywall installer - all with a singular lens - and the list goes on. You don't have to worry about managing each relationship instead our system will drive your service providers to search your vision and align with it.

On a high-level we discuss your space needs, wish lists, goals, vision and limitations. We also assess whether we are the right company for you. Are we a good fit? Does our way of doing business align with your needs, wants, and expectations? We are a Spirit led builder.

The design process is an opportunity to uncover your project. It is about truly understanding what your desires are and how they intersection with your needs. Creating solutions that exceed what you might have thought possible. Whether the objective, is to improve function of an under utilized room, or conjure the right mood, this phase is the opportunity to get excited. We take a deep dive into assessing your needs, desires, lifestyle, and the interests of all inhabitants And what kind of atmosphere will facilitate. A thorough consideration of all these variables up front, and articulated into a set of design documents will mean a powerful process and an exceptional result. The Build

The build is where it all comes together. Once the scope of work has been clearly articulated and you are thoroughly satisfied with the plans and the budget, we team up and engage aligned professionals to translate your vision into reality. We work with you to get the site ready and to influence all aspects of the construction process, from demolition to site safety to quality control. We council all sub trades and maintain contact. We ensure to keep the lines of communication open, attending to every detail. We take you through to the end, and offer a closing ceremony. Ask us about our follow up program.
